Frequency Flow: Intro Class

Begin your flow journey with us. Explore pole, lyra, dance & movement with options for independent free flow or guided instruction. Find your flow. Explore your body. Try something new. Welcome to Frequency Flow, an immersive movement experience designed to introduce students to different forms of flow artistry through pole, lyra, dance, and free movement. Led by Nikole Dragon & OmniMeraki, this class gives you the opportunity to explore movement in a space centered around creativity, expression, and learning at your own pace. Whether this is your first time touching a pole or lyra or you’re already developing your own flow practice, there’s a space for you. Choose between our $15 Free Flow experience for those who want space to independently practice and explore or our $25 Instruction experience for students who want hands-on guidance. And we’re not just sending you home with what you learned in class. Every student receives their own Frequency Flow Guidebook to continue learning after the session. What We’ll Explore Students will have an opportunity to experience: Pole— Explore foundational pole movement, body positioning, transitions, and ways to begin developing your personal flow. Lyra— Get introduced to the aerial hoop and explore foundational positions, movement, and transitions. Dance & Movement— Connect movements together while exploring musicality, body awareness, confidence, and personal expression. Free Flow— Take what you know—or what you’ve just learned—and give yourself space to move without worrying about choreography.
