Lunch and Lead: Check the Mirror

During Check the Mirror, we’ll have practical conversations about communication, accountability, expectations, feedback, assumptions, failure, and what happens when leaders are willing to ask: “Could I be part of the problem?” We’ll talk about how to: • Communicate expectations more clearly • Have difficult conversations without destroying trust • Give feedback that actually helps people grow • Stop assumptions before they damage a team • Allow people room to learn and safely fail • Recognize when an employee problem may also reveal a leadership problem • Ask better questions before jumping to conclusions • Build a healthier workplace culture This isn’t about perfect leadership.
