The Esther Effect Conference

Join us for The Esther Effect Conference: connect, be empowered, and discover how you’re 'Positioned to Affect' meaningful change. The Esther Effect Conference The Esther Effect Conference is a faith-centered experience exploring identity, purpose, influence, leadership, and the responsibility that comes with being positioned to make a difference. Inspired by the book of Esther, the conference challenges attendees to recognize where God has placed them, steward the access they have been given, and use their influence to effect meaningful change across faith, family, business, education, government, media, technology, and community. While women are at the heart of the Esther story, the conference welcomes both women and the men who champion them. Esther’s mission was strengthened by people who recognized her purpose, encouraged her courage, and helped create the pathway for change. Through inspiring speakers, biblical teaching, worship, networking, facilitated conversations, and practical activation, attendees will move from Position → Access → Influence → Courage → Impact. Come discover what it means to be positioned to affect, and to help others step boldly into their purpose. November 7, 2026 | Tulsa, Oklahoma | FREE Admission Lunch provided. Registration required.
