EVENT DETAILS Check-in: 8:45 AM Workout: 9:00–10:00 AM Admission: $10 per person Capacity: 20 participants WHAT TO BRING Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. You are encouraged to bring your own exercise mat, but mats will also be available at the event. FITNESS PARTICIPATION WAIVER By purchasing a ticket and participating in Bronx Body & Vibes, I acknowledge that physical exercise involves risks, including the possibility of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and agree to modify or stop any activity if needed. I voluntarily assume the risks of participation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release Cecilia Torres, Urban Nutrition Spot, the event staff, volunteers, and venue owners from claims arising from ordinary participation, except where prohibited by law. I authorize reasonable emergency assistance if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses. If I am pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, or am under medical care, I agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
