Mani Moves: Grand Opening - Esoteric Gem Reveal Scorpio Birthday

Intro Launch of Mani Moves - mindfully guided practices and immersive experiences of ritual, dance, play, and creation Mani Moves? Really? Why not? It's fun. Mani is Sanskrit for jewel. The gem under the dull surface you were taught to ignore. Come for a casual hang out and talk. Maybe get a little sample of deep breath work, meditation, massage, love and light! Manipura — city of jewels — is the fire at the solar plexus: esteem, will, the heat that lets you drop the rigid frame and get your swagger back. Mani Moves is that practice. Breath and body, pressure and surrender, drawn from tantra, Kundalini, and Taoist cultivation, carried into forms you can actually live. Not for people who have never heard of yoga. For people who know too much and can feel that something still doesn’t sit right. Come for depth, not spectacle. Come to move the jewel. & don't forget to wish the founder happy birthday ;) Rare World Class Life Changing Offerings & Classes you can sign up for & book : Yoga Abhyasa: Hybrid Hatha and Vinyasa — One practice woven from two, the grounded precision of Hatha and the flowing breath-linked movement of Vinyasa. Stillness and flow in a single class. Yoga Shastra: Yoga's oral tradition — A practice of deeply connected spiritual talk which has a deep blissful healing effect. Learn science, doctrine, and philosophy (includes some history if necessary for understanding certain things) Kundalini Reiki, treatments and training — Receive a healing session, or learn the practice yourself through attunement, up to master level. This lineage encourages every student toward mastery, because each master can attune and teach others, so the knowledge keeps propagating rather than staying closed. The jewel is meant to be passed on. Ecstatic Kundalini Dance — A dynamic moving meditation inspired by the active meditation tradition. Shaking, free ecstatic movement, stillness, and the voice moving energy through the body. This is yoga in motion, the practice that frees what static posture cannot. (Alchemy)/ Eternal Healing Tao — Secret repressed practice for people of age I can't describe on a puritanical platform. Thai Massage, received and taught — Assisted bodywork sometimes called "lazy man's yoga." Trained and practiced professionally in a traditional Thai massage setting, I work with the sen lines, the body's energy channels, which echo what the yogic tradition calls the nadis. Through pressure and movement along these lines, the practice addresses the same subtle anatomy as yoga itself, in a quieter, received form. Offered as treatment, and taught to those who wish to bring it into their own lives or practice. Yantra, Mandala, & Deity Art Creation — Meditative art therapy! give me your phone number at [email protected] and I'll text you
