Sound Bath for Power and Shadow

A grounding sound bath inspired by October’s theme of power and shadow. November invites us into depth, truth, shadow exploration, and the reclamation of personal power. It is a month for meeting yourself with honesty and compassion while clearing space for transformation. Sound Bath for Power and Shadow offers a safe, soothing experience to support this process without overwhelm. In this 90 minute session, Isabel guides you through a meditative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion. The sound vibrations help melt tension, release stagnant energy, and create room for clarity and inner strength to emerge. Throughout the sound journey, Isabel weaves October’s themes of shadow awareness, truth telling, empowerment, and transformation, inviting you to gently meet the parts of yourself that seek acknowledgment and healing. This is not an intense emotional dive but a supportive space for soft integration, self recognition, and energetic renewal. Reflection prompts help you integrate subtle insights and connect with your own inner resilience. ✨ What’s Included • 90 minute in-person sound bath • Guided meditation • November power and shadow themes • Energetic clearing and grounding support • Deep rest and nervous system soothing • Held inside the Positivity Pavilion 💫 Who This Is For • Anyone exploring shadow themes gently • Magic Makers reclaiming inner strength • Folks wanting grounding during a transformative month • Participants seeking soothing emotional and energetic support • Beginners and longtime sound bath lovers 🧿 Facilitator – Isabel Isabel is an intuitive sound healer and energy practitioner known for her gentle approach to transformative themes.
