Toddler Sleep Basics Class

From dropping the second nap to moving into a toddler bed, we’ll cover the sleep changes and challenges that come with the toddler years. Toddler sleep comes with a whole new set of transitions, challenges, and questions. This class will cover sleep from approximately 12 months through 5 years, including the transition from two naps to one, changing sleep needs as toddlers grow, bedtime battles and boundary-setting, early waking, and the transition from a crib to a toddler bed. We’ll also talk about keeping sleep routines consistent through big changes, including travel, developmental milestones, and the back-to-school transition. You’ll leave with practical, age-appropriate strategies to help your toddler get the sleep they need while making bedtime a little easier for the whole family. This class is led by Sam Hirschel, a sleep consultant certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and founder of Go To Bed Sleepyhead.
