Join us as we welcome the first New Moon of Autumn with an intentional tea-crafting ceremony and deeply immersive sound healing experience. Join us as we welcome the first New Moon of Autumn with an intentional tea-crafting ceremony and deeply immersive sound healing experience. You'll be bathed in sound and guided in meditation while you are gently supported into a deeply relaxed state. As your mind settles and your awareness turns inward, you'll be invited to connect more deeply with your own intuition and inner wisdom. In this ethereal, restorative state, you'll have space to reflect on the season ahead and intentionally call in the energy that feels most supportive and nourishing for you in the months to come. Following the Sound Bath, you'll choose from an array of organic herbs to create your own custom herbal tea blend — a tangible way to carry your intention forward into the weeks ahead. This offering is led by Jennifer Hassan of Sage & Soul Healing Arts, a holistic healing practitioner with more than 25 years of experience supporting people in living a more fully embodied life.
