Sound Bath for Women

A restorative sound bath meditation experience Join me for a heartfelt morning to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before the day gets away from you. Before the chores get prioritized, the plans begin, and everyone else’s needs come before your own, let’s make a little space for you. This is a chance to slow down, reset your nervous system, quiet the busy mind, and simply be for a while. We’ll spend the morning intentionally stepping out of the usual morning rush so you can leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. Come solo or with your babies who are not yet mobile and can snuggle on your mat with you. There’s no pressure to talk, share, or have anything figured out. Just come as you are and give yourself permission to pause. This is a pay-what-you-can, donation-based gathering. Donations can be made through Eventbrite or in person using a QR code. **All donations from this event will go to Ventura Mamas, an amazing local community for moms that hosts fun local gatherings designed to help moms connect, build community, and support each other through all the ups and downs of motherhood. 📆 Wednesday, October 21st @ 9 to 10 AM 🌿Location: Camino Real Park in Ventura (please make sure to follow my Instagram @heartandsoundhealing and check out my story the morning of the event to see the exact location in the park) 🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfy layers. Optional: pillow, blanket, or bolster to stay cozy. Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of severe mental health conditions.
