Bloom: Social Group for Women

Women gathering in community to explore body kindness, confidence, connection, and authentic living in a supportive space. Bloom: A Women’s Connection Circle Bloom is a supportive and affirming space for women to gather in community, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with themselves through compassion, authenticity, and connection. Together, we will explore topics such as body kindness, confidence, self-expression, boundaries, self-esteem, and the relationship we have with ourselves and others. Rooted in the values of Live Body Brave, Bloom is designed to foster genuine connection rather than perfection. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — whether you are healing, growing, rediscovering yourself, or simply looking for meaningful community with other women. Sessions incorporate evidence-based wellness practices, guided discussion, reflection, and supportive community connection in a warm and welcoming environment. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up for yourself and others. Classes are currently virtual! Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure time and space for all.
