A night of costumes, music, imagination, and fun in the heart of the Commonwealth: Norfolk. Commonwealth in Costume Only for folks who know how to have a good time.. This is your invitation to step outside the everyday. Come as the character, the icon, the idea, the era, the alter ego or whatever. Commonwealth in Costume is designed to bring together people from across our community for a night that feels festive, creative, elevated, and just plain fun. Just good people, great costumes, vibey energy, and a Commonwealth that knows how to have a good time. Admission: No Ticket Required Come in costume.
