Emerge turns 10. Brunch, the Emerge Awards, a magazine release and the Emerge Teal Carpet - Saturday, January 30 at Kascades Lounge. Ten years ago, Emerge was a magazine with one job: tell the stories of the small business owners nobody else was covering. We're marking the tenth year the way we'd want to be celebrated - over brunch, on a Saturday, with the people who built it. Coldest Winter Ever is a midday celebration at Kascades Lounge, and it carries three things at once. THE EMERGE AWARDS Honoring the owners who kept building. Presented live from the stage. A MAGAZINE RELEASE The new issue of Emerge the Magazine debuts in the room, ten years on from the first one. THE EMERGE TEAL CARPET Our official carpet, open during the VIP Hour - walk it, and sit down with media for an interview. This is a room full of press and a room full of business owners at the same time, which is the whole point. And the rest of the afternoon: DJ Mista Cham, official DJ of Emerge and producer of the Emerge radio show, on the decks all four hours. Photo 360 by J.
