Join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement, mindfulness,& self-care as we stretch, breathe, build confidence. 🌸 Be Still, Breathe & BeYOU A Girl BeYOUtiful Yoga & Wellness Workshop Every girl deserves a safe place to slow down, take a deep breath, and be reminded that she does not have to carry everything at once. Join Girl BeYOUtiful for Be Still, Breathe & BeYOU, an uplifting and interactive yoga workshop designed especially for girls in grades 4–12. Through age-appropriate yoga, gentle movement, breathing exercises, and encouraging conversations, our young ladies will learn practical ways to care for their minds, bodies, and spirits. This faith-centered experience will remind each girl that taking time to rest and care for herself is not selfish. It is one way she can honor the beautifully and wonderfully made person God created her to be. During this workshop, girls will: 🧘🏾‍♀️ Explore beginner-friendly yoga poses and movement 🌬️ Practice breathing techniques to help manage stress 💗 Learn healthy ways to care for their emotional well-being 🌸 Build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience 🙏🏾 Discover how stillness, prayer, and self-care can help them feel grounded 🤝 Connect with other girls in a safe, encouraging environment rooted in Christian values 📅 Event Details Saturday, October 24, 2026 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. 📍 Ebenezer Baptist Church 965 Baker Road Virginia Beach, VA 👕 Participants should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to stretch and move freely. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Registration pays for your Yoga mat. 🍽️ Lunch and snacks will be provided. 🎟️ Registration is required by Sunday, October 18.
