Girl, I Needed This : Yoga & RNB

**_Girl, I Needed This_ presents Yoga & R&B**: a Saturday reset with movement, music, and meaningful connection. Join me at **The Moxy Virginia Beach** on **November 7** for a beginner-friendly, one-hour yoga class led by Tasha Mack to the soothing sounds of R&B, followed by an R&B-inspired social. After class, stay to connect, explore a small selection of women-owned businesses, and enjoy the hotel’s food and drink offerings. The class is planned for outdoors, with the social indoors. Bring your own mat and dress for the weather. Dress code: Neutrals, Browns & Beiges You can choose the **full Yoga & R&B experience**, or if you don't want to take the class, get a **social-only ticket**. _Each ticket includes one welcome drink from the event menu. Additional drinks and food will be available for purchase._ Come as you are and leave with a little more room to breathe and a few new connections.
