Business Development Counseling Sessions These are individual, one-hour appointments - (one-on-one) available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, which are designed to help you: • Access both new and existing business development resources • Learn how to do business with Virginia state agencies • Understand the SWaM Certification process • Explore state financing programs Sessions are conducted by: Angela Barber, Business Service Manager, Eastern Virginia Region Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) Important Information: Registered participants will receive an email and calendar invite confirming the appointment, along with additional session details. These sessions may take longer than one hour and require special scheduling.
