This free, all‑level class is offered by Panacea, Behavioral Health and Wellness as a supportive space for those connected to military life to unwind, reconnect, and breathe. The first 30 minutes focus on Yin Yoga: a slow, grounding practice that targets the fascia, joints, and ligaments while encouraging deep stillness. The second half transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided rest that supports recovery, relaxation, and mental clarity. Come as you are, in whatever feels comfortable. This class is designed to support your well‑being, ease stress, and give you a quiet space to breathe.
