After an amazing dinner with Amparo, we've returned with a brand new beer dinner experience! We’re teaming up with Thompson Italian for a one-night-only collaboration that’s going to blow you away. This isn’t just dinner, it’s a full-on flavor experience. And yes… we brewed a beer just for it. First Course: Salami Arancini, parmesan, giardinera aioli Second Course: Honeynut Squash, castelfranco, charred onions, smoked feta, seed brittle Third Course: Pizza Bianco, bechamel, mozzeralla, brussel sprouts, speck, pickled mustard seeds Fourth Course: Olive Oil Cake, creme fraiche mousse, raisin marmelata, Maldon salt We'll also have our collaboration beer: Herb Your Enthusiasm: Kolsch with Rosemary and Cranberry.
