Korean BBQ at the Vineyard Turn an ordinary Thursday night into a hands-on Korean BBQ experience at Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard. Join Chef Jesse Cross of Crosswood Cooking Collective for a relaxed evening of cooking, eating and enjoying the vineyard. You’ll work alongside Chef Jesse to build bold Korean flavors from scratch before sitting down to enjoy everything you’ve prepared. This is a fully hands-on cooking class—not a demonstration. No previous cooking experience is needed. What We’ll Make • Korean beef bulgogi • Quick cucumber kimchi • Steamed rice • Crisp lettuce wraps • Homemade ssamjang dipping sauce You’ll learn how to balance the sweet, savory, spicy and deeply satisfying flavors that make Korean BBQ so memorable. Chef Jesse will guide the class through preparing a traditional-style bulgogi marinade, cooking tender beef, making a quick cucumber kimchi, mixing ssamjang and building the perfect Korean BBQ lettuce wrap. Who Is This Class For? This experience is perfect for couples, friends, solo guests, winery regulars, food lovers and anyone looking for a different kind of night out. Guests will work together at shared stations, so you are welcome to attend with a group or come on your own. Important Details • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so class can begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. • All cooking experience levels are welcome. • The menu contains beef, wheat, soy and sesame. • Please contact Crosswood Cooking Collective before purchasing if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed, and the class uses shared preparation and cooking surfaces. • Wine is not included in the ticket price and is sold separately by the vineyard. • Space is limited to keep the experience personal and fully hands-on. Cancellation Policy Refund requests must be submitted no later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Tickets are nonrefundable after that deadline, but they may be transferred to another guest.
