HELD: An Aerial Cocoon Sound Bath

An immersive aerial cocoon sound bath inviting you to slow down, release, and be held through soothing sound and vibration. You hold so much. For one hour, let yourself be held. You spend so much time holding everything together. Work. Family. Responsibilities. Expectations. Life. For one hour, you don’t have to. HELD is an immersive aerial cocoon sound bath designed to invite you into deep rest, stillness, and release. You’ll settle into the gentle support of an aerial silk cocoon while surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. We’ll begin with grounding and intentional breath before easing into an extended sound bath, allowing you to simply rest and receive. There’s nothing to accomplish and nowhere else you need to be. Come as you are. Exhale. Let go. Be held.
