Join Kennedi of Collective Joy Studios for Pilates for Dancers, a class inspired by the strength, mobility, and control that support joyful movement. We’ll focus on hip mobility, core strength, pelvic control, and knee-supporting exercises, with options to adjust the challenge along the way. Expect intentional movement, good music, and a dance break to bring it all together. Whether you dance regularly, are finding your way back to movement, or simply love a good song, you belong here. All experience levels are welcome.
