ASID Washington Metro Chapter presents NIGHT FIVE Restaurant Design Week inside Lutron's Experience Center — the most unconventional evening of the week. A curated dining experience by one of DC's premier culinary groups unfolds across multiple courses as the environment shifts around you. At one point during the evening, the lights go down entirely. Dining in the dark is not a gimmick — it is a question: what do you notice about food, flavor, and the people around you when sight is removed? Lutron has spent over 60 years shaping how light moves through the spaces we design. This evening, that expertise becomes the meal itself.
