Second Sundays: A Sound Bath Experience with Tarot Girl Era

Join us on Second Sundays for a relaxing and restorative sound bath and meditation class focused on renewal and new beginnings. CLASS DESCRIPTION: Join Phim and Daniela for a relaxing and restorative sound bath and meditation class on the second Sunday of each month. Phim will ease you into a calm and grounding meditative state with the help of her singing voice, on top of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and more. Phim's guided meditation will include elements of somatic body scanning, mindfulness and reiki energy healing. Phim will be joined by her Tarot Girl Era co-founder Daniela Fant. Participants will have the option to receive 1:1 energy healing during the sound bath from Daniela. We host this workshop every second Sunday. Join us for a relaxing and renewing healing experience. Optional Add-On: DIY Botanical Energy Cleansing Spray After the sound bath, stay for a hands-on workshop where you'll craft your own custom energy-cleansing spray using a blend of citrus and botanicals. We will walk you through the healing properties of each ingredient. Attendees can opt into this workshop by selecting an add-on fee. REQUIRED: Please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on during the session. We recommend also bringing a small pillow and/or blanket to use as well. Lastly, participants will be encouraged to take off their shoes during this class, similar to yoga. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: Phim Her is the founder of Tarot Girl Era, a community-centered healing practice based out of the DMV. Her tarot readings, sound baths and reiki sessions have been featured by The Washingtonian, Meta, Capital One, Friends to Lovers Bookstore and Shop Made in DC. Daniela is the co-founder of Tarot Girl Era. She is a Queer Latin Woman who comes from a long line of psychic mediums, healers and bruja(o)s. She offers an assortment of services ranging from channeled tarot sessions, spiritual cleansings for you or your space, to custom ritual work and lunar based haircut ceremonies.
