Social Impact Organization Design is a unique practice of operationalizing strategy. It involves the alignment of impact goals to organization structure, processes, governance, metrics, and talent. In this hands-on, two-day, in-person course, we'll cover the basic frameworks and new methodologies for Social Impact Organization Design, practice on our own organizations (or our client systems), and apply our learnings to real issues in the Social Impact space now.
