Sol Club 003

Sol Club is back at Flex - a state-of-the-art indoor training facility that’s the perfect setting for what we’re building. This one’s led by Tory, certified training coach behind Chaos Colosseum. Get ready for Hybrid Total Body - a signature community session hitting all 3 pillars: Strength, Power, & Endurance. A gritty, high-volume mix built to test your mental toughness and push you to work with the people next to you, all in the middle of a live DJ set. Spots are limited to the first 60 people. After that, you’ll be added to a waiting list. The workout session itself is only an hour and will start promptly at 2:15. If you RSVP and can’t make it, please release your ticket so someone else can grab that slot. Free and open to all. Bring water, a towel, and come ready to work & connect!
