VETS2INDUSTRY 2026 Action Summit

Join us as we discuss solutions to three main challenges of the military community. One veteran ecosystem. One coordinated path to action. Findings from the three virtual sessions move into the October 22 in-person Action Summit, where the three focus areas are considered together to develop coordinated recommendations for policymakers, VSOs/nonprofits, and employers. Who Should Be in the Room • Policymakers and government leaders • Veteran service organizations and nonprofits • Employers, HR, and veteran-talent leaders • Researchers and veteran-serving practitioners • Veterans and families with lived experience What We Are Building • Prioritized recommendations for policymakers • Best-practice guidance for VSOs and nonprofits • Employer guidance for recruiting, retaining, and developing veteran talent • Evidence and insights that can inform V2I's National Veteran Action Plan and Veteran Intelligence Platform Where This Leads This is a working summit – participants are invited to contribute, challenge assumptions, and help shape the recommendations. Insights from all three virtual sessions come together here.
