Visit a Takoma Park Home and Get Coached!

Visit a neighbor to see how they've made their home healthier, safer and more affordable to run, and learn how to upgrade your own! This event is hosted by Electrify DC and the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC). Attending a demonstration home open house is free thanks to support from the Maryland Energy Administration. Do you want to upgrade to electric but don't know where to start? Do you want to reduce your home’s energy consumption, or reduce health risks from gas appliances? Are you curious about solar programs? Come out to our demonstration site to talk to a Maryland homeowner who's electrified their home about their experience. Enjoy a talk, Q&A, and tour of the home, followed by a coaching session by electric coaches who can answer questions about your own home! The address will be provided to ticket-holders the day before the event. The address is located within the City of Takoma Park.
