Yoga + Sound Experience at National Building Museum

Yoga Flow + Sound Experience featuring an extended savasana, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. Join Beth + Liat at DC's National Building Museum, featuring an all-level yoga flow and a "sound experience" by Liat Pisco, a sound practioner and owner of Yoga in Del Ray. During an extended savasana, Liat will offer a multi-sensory sound experience, featuring the gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, and more. We will practice under the colossal, 75-foot-tall Corinthian columns in the Great Hall of The National Building Museum, America’s leading cultural institution devoted to interpreting the history and impact of the built environment. TICKETS TO TOUR THE MUSEUM ARE INCLUDED! All are welcome--the class is open to brand new and seasoned yogis alike. No previous yoga experience required.
