Before You Automate It: Small Business Growth & Workforce Lab

A practical workshop for small-business owners navigating growth, capacity, workforce, and automation decisions. About the workshop Before You Automate It is a hands-on working session for small-business owners navigating growth, operating capacity, workforce readiness, and automation decisions. Rather than starting with technology, we’ll start with the business: where growth is creating opportunity, where capacity is being stretched, what people and processes need to support the next stage, and where automation may—or may not—help. Participants will work through practical exercises with Keisha J. Williams of LogicalFlo LLC and Tim Blonsky and leave with a practical business asset and a focused 30-day action plan. This is a working session. Please bring a laptop or tablet and be prepared to work on your own business during the workshop. Hospitality Taste of Himalaya Chullo is our host venue, and hospitality will be provided during the evening. Final menu and attendee details will be shared with registered participants before the event. Capacity Participation is intentionally limited to preserve table space, hands-on work, and interaction with the facilitators. Do you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of? We will share dietary needs with the host venue when possible, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or accommodation of every dietary restriction. We request that you provide any allergies or restrictions in advance.
