Give & Align

Enjoy free, feel-good Pilates at Farmington’s Bridge Center and bring a gift to brighten local children’s holidays. Give & Align is an in-person Pilates event for the local community, bringing people together to move and support children in need. Move with purpose Join us at the Bridge Center in Farmington for a feel-good Pilates session. Move your body, strengthen your core and embrace the spirit of the season while helping make the holidays brighter for local children. Give with heart Through the Connecticut Holiday Bear program, we're sponsoring five of the more than 850 Connecticut children who need support this holiday season. They need more than gifts - they need everyday essentials such as blankets, clothing and snacks. For some, school lunch may be their most reliable meal of the day, making these necessities especially meaningful. • Bring a gift in place of payment to support a child in need. • Wish lists will be shared after registration. Consider fulfilling more than one item to help meet each child’s needs. The class will be taught by certified Pilates and SolidCore Instructure Kasia Swol. IG @Kasiaswol Mats and balls will be provided. The Bridge is also offering complimentary sessions in its wellness modalities before or after Pilates, including its hyperbaric oxygen chamber, sauna detox blankets, red light therapy, infrared sauna, leg compression lounge and vibrational therapy lounge.
