Belly Dance ✨

This class is designed to build a strong, confident foundation in belly dance technique. Each session focuses on one specific movement, exploring it through varied timing, layering, and footwork to deepen understanding and muscle memory. By breaking movements down and practicing them in multiple ways, you’ll gain greater control, precision, and fluidity. At the end of each class, we’ll bring everything together with a short combination to help you apply what you’ve learned. Open to all levels, whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your skills. ✨ Pre-registration is encouraged to secure early bird pricing. Please note: A minimum of 5 students must be registered 24 hours in advance in order for class to run, so be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time. Please bring your yoga mat and a water.
