Massage Balls, Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath

Come relax with us as we combine massage balls, gentle yoga, and soothing sound bowls for a blissful experience! Massage balls can be used to help release tension from our bodies after long hours at work, intense workouts, or everyday aches and pains. They not only target our muscles but also nourish and stimulate our fascia: a very large and thin layer of connective tissue that holds our organs in place throughout the entirety of our bodies. This thin blanket-like casing provides support for our muscles, tendons, and ligaments while protecting our joints at their most vulnerable points. Join me for an evening of self-massage as we explore the wonders of the massage balls throughout the upper back, shoulders, and arms with the hopes of softening those hard-to-reach knots by applying gentle pressure and movement. Throughout our time together, we will alternate between self-massage and gentle yoga movements to cultivate a restful mind and encourage a calm nervous system. Our session will end with the rejuvenating tones of the Alchemy Sound Bowls. The experience lends itself to self-exploration and radical self-care!*Please bring water to hydrate throughout the adventure. It is important when working with the fascia. *It is encouraged to wear exercise clothes that are fitting rather than loose so the massage balls have a clear path to work with.
