Morning Beach Movement Flow

A beachside movement class designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination. A feel-good morning of movement, mobility, and flexibility by the ocean. Join us for a refreshing beachside movement class combining dynamic flexibility, low-impact cardio, stretching, and intentional movement. Improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and coordination while enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty of the beach. Designed to help you move well and feel good, this approachable class offers a refreshing alternative to a traditional workout. This is an entirely standing movement class—no floor exercises or lying down. Just bring yourself, water, and a small sweat towel if you'd like. No mat or beach towel needed! We meet at the beach at Causuarina in between the volley ball courts & Seagate Beach Club. All levels welcome
