Fresh air, feel-good movement, and community vibes—Fountain Fit Club brings free outdoor workouts to Bradley Fair. Meet us at the fountain for a Fountain Fit Club session made for moms and their little ones. In partnership with Motherhood Movement, this class blends gentle, intentional movement with the kind of good company that makes the morning feel lighter. Bring your little, bring your mat, and take an hour that's all about you both. Then, head to Athleta for post-class treats and shopping. Join us for 30–40 minutes of upbeat, intentional, low-impact Pilates x Barre-inspired movement designed to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and a little more like yourself. Classes are pregnancy + postpartum friendly, and all you need is a mat! Come as you are, move your body, take a little time for yourself, and connect with other moms. About the Instructor Shallie Nugent is a Wichita-based wife, mom of two, and Pilates and Barre instructor passionate about helping women feel like themselves again through movement and community. After years of teaching in-person studio fitness, Shallie created The Motherhood Movement to give moms a welcoming and flexible space to move, connect, and carve out time for themselves.
