Full Moon Movement with HER Seat Collective

Beaver Full Moon | Release, Reset & Reconnect The full moon is a time for letting go, and this one arrives right before Thanksgiving. The holiday season asks a lot of us as women. We plan, host, cook, travel, and hold space for everyone around us, often carrying the weight of the whole year into it. Before the season begins, give yourself one evening that's just for you. Full Moon Movement is a gathering of women coming together to move, release, and rest. Together, we'll slow down and let go of what no longer serves us, so we can step into the holidays lighter, clearer, and more like ourselves. There's something powerful about doing this work in a room full of women. We lift each other up, we remember we're not in this alone, and releasing together creates space for more peace, more presence, and more joy, so you can enjoy the season instead of just getting through it. You deserve this evening. Come be part of it. Your evening includes: • Mat Pilates to wake up your body and move out what you no longer need • A short release moment to name what you're ready to leave behind before the new season • A sound bath to rest, reset, and soak in the stillness Come exactly as you are. No experience needed. Doors open at 6:45 pm so you have time to settle in and set up your mat. We'll begin at 7:00. What to bring: • Your own yoga or Pilates mat • Water • Anything that helps you get comfortable for the sound bath, like a blanket and/or small pillow Space is limited, so save your spot early!
