Join us for an evening of delicious lobster dishes and innovative cocktails at The Colonnade Lobster Pop Up Dinner at The Colonnade First Course: Lobster Corn Fritter: Fresh sweet corn and lobster fried golden and crisp served with a lemon tarragon aioli Second Course: Lobster Bisque A classic soup that’s rich, silky and packed with deep lobster flavor Third Course: Lobster Ravioli Succulent lobster and ricotta wrapped in a delicate pasta served with a blush sauce Fourth Course: Lobster Newburg A simple and elegant presentation lets the Lobster shine in a simple sauce of sherry, egg yolks and butter served on a puff pastry shell. Served with fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus Dessert: Lemoncello Marscapone Cake A light and creamy blend of lemon and marscapone with a delecate crumb crust
