Facial Cupping + Cacao: A Whole-Body Ritual for Skin & Self-Care Join Stephanie Washburn of Shell Esthetics and Kris Cannady for an intimate, hands-on wellness experience designed to connect the health of your skin with the flow and vitality of the whole body. We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony and gentle movement to awaken the body, encourage circulation, and create space to slow down and connect inward. From there, Stephanie will guide you through the art of facial cupping—an ancient-inspired self-care practice that uses gentle suction and massage techniques to support lymphatic movement, stimulate circulation, release facial tension, and leave the skin looking refreshed and naturally glowing. This workshop is designed to give you everything you need to confidently incorporate facial cupping into your own self-care ritual at home. You’ll learn proper techniques, facial mapping, how to work with the lymphatic system, and how to safely incorporate facial oil for a smooth, effective practice. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the neck and collarbone area—something like a tank top or loose-fitting top works perfectly. Please bring: • 🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat — we’ll have a limited number available to borrow if you don’t have one. • 📓 A journal + pen for reflection, notes, and anything you’d like to remember from the experience. • 💧 A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the workshop. • ✨ An open mind and willingness to slow down, connect, and learn!
