A restorative 60-minute experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find space to simply be. We’ll introduce Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping, guide you through a calming meditation, and close with the soothing vibrations of sound bowl therapy. As you settle into stillness, allow the gentle frequencies and vibrations of the singing bowls to wash over you, inviting your mind and body into a deeper state of relaxation. Sound healing offers an opportunity to quiet mental chatter, release built-up tension, and reconnect with yourself on an energetic level.
