On World Menopause Day — Sunday, October 18, 2026, we’re coming together at Glasgow Park in Newark, Delaware from 2–5 PM to walk for awareness, education, support, and change. After an incredible inaugural walk, we’re doing it again—bringing together women, men, families, healthcare professionals, community partners, and supporters to help break the silence surrounding perimenopause and menopause. Menopause impacts more than the woman experiencing it—it impacts families, relationships, workplaces, and communities. This walk is for ALL of us. 💜 Walk with us. Learn with us.
