Forage Books - November Book Club | Meet Me in The Garden

Join us at our inaugural book club meeting here at Forage Books! For this meeting, we'll be discussing Meet Me in the Garden by Nina LaCour! We are excited to announce that the talented Nina LaCour will be joining us for this meeting! Meet Me in the Garden is a gorgeous historical fiction spanning decades. Inspired by the author's own family's history, this book tells the story of a young Creole woman and her older sisters as they move from New Orleans to Los Angeles and wrestle with themes of colorism, identity, and familial expectations. If you'd like to buy a copy, books can be purchased through Forage Books ahead of the event, and will receive 10% off with proof of registration. Space is limited in an effort to keep the discussion intimate. If you miss sign up or cannot make the event, but would still like to purchase a signed copy of Nina's book, please call us at 484-639-9092 or email us at [email protected] to reserve your copy for pick up after the 14th!
