Guided Meditation Workshop Class

Join Main Line Meditation and meditation instructor Sun Chu at the Willows Mansion to learn the basic principles of the mind and participate in guided meditations to self-reflect and clear away blockages we carry in the mind. There will also be introspective journaling and light stretching. This workshop will be offered on three dates: 9/30, 11/4, and 12/2 at 11:00 AM. - REGISTRATION Advance registration via Eventbrite is required on a Pay-what-you-wish basis with a suggested donation of $20. For over 15 years, Sun has worked as a full-time instructor, leading meditation classes, seminars, and workshops along the East Coast. She is grateful for the profound joy meditation has brought to her life and is passionate about helping others achieve similar results. Main Line Meditation is a non-profit organization providing membership-based guided meditation classes through a complete disciplinary practice of Finding True Self Meditation. Our practice is a step-by-step guided visual meditation technique of self-reflection and releasing/letting go. This process brings feelings of inner peace, connection with others and calmness which in turn enables one to gain clarity, wisdom, acceptance and focus. This class series will take place at the Willows Mansion, maintained and operated by the Willows Park Preserve, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving, maintaining, and revitalizing the historic Willows Mansion as a space for the community.
