Cozy up with a warm cup of tea while learning the basics behind tea and chocolate pairing. Join chocolate sommelier Estelle Tracy for an exclusive tea & chocolate pairing event at Scout Café. This will be a chocolate blind tasting, and you'll have to guess the secret flavors in each chocolate. The price includes four tea and craft chocolate pairings. Some teas will contain caffeine. All featured chocolate is made using transparently traded cacao beans. Additional chocolate bars will be available for purchase. About Estelle Tracy Estelle Tracy is an award-winning food writer and chocolate sommelier with a French accent. Since 2016, she’s led hundreds of chocolate tastings and pairing events nationally and internationally. Some of her clients include Google, Amazon, and the Pennsylvani Bar Association.
