Tuesday night yoga flow

Our movement community brings neighbors together through yoga, Pilates, somatic practices, and other wellness experiences. We believe movement should feel welcoming, connected, and financially accessible—not intimidating or exclusive. What to bring: • Comfortable clothing you can move in • Water • A yoga mat, if you have one We will have extra mats available, so you do not have to bring your own. Please make sure your email address is spelled correctly when registering. We will use the email connected to your ticket to contact you if there are any class updates or changes. No one will be turned away because of cost. If you are experiencing a financial barrier and would like to attend, please email [email protected]. We will be happy to provide you with a ticket. Space is intentionally limited to 12 participants, so advance registration is encouraged.
