This hands-on cooking workshop will teach you how to make the best stocks, soups and bisques for cool weather. Students will learn to prepare vegetable and chicken stock, curried carrot soup, butternut squash soup and tomato bisque. With the skyrocketing costs of groceries and dining out, learning to cook will allow you to enjoy high quality dishes for a fraction of the price.
