Yoga in the Taproom: Sips of Gratitude

Join us for a gratitude-themed yoga session in the taproom. Ticket includes 1 craft beer, seltzer, or cocktail to enjoy after class. YOGA + CHEERS: The best of both worlds! Enjoy your late Saturday morning with a 60-minute all-levels yoga class, led by 200-Hr CYT Al Dewsnap to fun and uplifting music in the empty brewery! Please bring your own mat! Class takes place from 11-12 and will be followed with a refreshing craft beer, seltzer, or cocktail when the taproom opens at noon. This month's class will be focused around the theme of gratitude and giving as we approach the holiday season. Ticket includes one drink ticket to be used for a beverage of your choice in the taproom. Please note the following: Please bring your own mat (if possible) - we do have a few extra mats if needed, but not enough for everyone. Beginners are welcome! This class is designed to suit all levels. However, if you have any injuries or illness, please consult with a doctor regarding possible limitations to your activity such as participation in a yoga class. Attendees under the age of 21 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also registered for class. Parents/guardians who are accompanying an under-21 student are responsible for the drink ticket included with their admission cost. Because there is limited space at the venue, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend to guarantee refund.
