4 Star Winter Weightlifting Camp (3 days)

Join 4 Star Strength's weightlifting staff and team for an OUTSTANDING weekend of weightlifting. 3 days of lifting, seminars, and fun! Join us for a 3 day (5 SESSION!!) Olympic weightlifting camp designed for YOU to improve! We are inviting athletes from all over to come train with the Coaches of 4 Star and develop as a team pushing eachother to new levels of education, movement, and intensity. All days will have full lifting sessions with times for food as well as "working lunches" where we will have speakers hosting clinics (will announce when finalized) important to athletes and their progressions. This camp will be intense and not designed for those that have just learned to lift - We believe this camp will benefit experienced athletes from hobbyist to elite. Coaches will be providing a developmental plan that encourages growth in current areas as well as some new ideas for many. Movements will be ranging from everything Olympic Weightlfting requires as well as Accessory and supplimnetal movements beneficial to barbell and strength training. We repeat and anyone that has attended can tell you - It IS in depth... We are excited to have everyone and WILL BE LOCKING IN AT 20 ATHLETES - there is an early bird special rewarding those signing up early and it ends Nov 12th before going to regular pricing. there are no refunds for this event but we will allow transfers
