Unwind with paper, scraps, and creativity as we make junk journals to ease anxiety and enjoy a little calm together. Junk Journaling for Anxiety is an in-person event where you can explore junk journaling as a creative way to unwind and express yourself. You will find that junk journaling can contribute to mindfulness, a sort of meditative state where you are focusing on one task that is bringing you peace and joy, and relaxation.
