Lake Erie Beach Cleanup

This is our final community cleanup of the 2026 season! As the cold weather comes in, we’ll be taking a break from our regularly scheduled community events - so help us make this an extra fun one. 🩷 WHAT TO KNOW: • Our goal is to cleanup Lake Erie’s shoreline while having fun! • Everyone & anyone is welcome! • All cleanup materials will be provided. • Please bring along a reusable water bottle so you can stay hydrated with provided water refills without single-use plastic. 🌎 • All trash we collect will be weighed, counted and categorized with the help of volunteers for Great Lakes plastic pollution research & advocacy efforts. • A state park fee will NOT be required. If there is an attendant at the entrance, please let them know you are participating in a volunteer cleanup event. • The weather can be chilly near the water in the fall, dress in layers to stay warm & cozy. WHERE TO MEET: • We’ll be meeting on the beach. Drive to the south end of the park and park in the last parking lot (right before the camping area entrance) and walk to the beach.
