A gentle, beginner-friendly restorative yoga flow designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. 🌸 Refresh & Reset with TK: Outdoor Yoga Practicing Gratitude | Sunday, October 25th at 10:00 AM Take a deep breath, slow down, and make space for yourself. Join TK at BYOC for a special outdoor yoga experience centered on gratitude, mindfulness, and reconnecting with yourself. Sometimes we get so caught up in our everyday routines that we forget to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come, the little things that bring us joy, and the moments that remind us we’re right where we need to be. This practice is your invitation to step away from the noise, move with intention, and give yourself permission to simply be. Through mindful movement, gentle stretching, and moments of reflection, we’ll create space to release tension, embrace the present, and cultivate a little more gratitude in our everyday lives. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed. 🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT • Outdoor yoga in a peaceful, welcoming environment • Gentle movement, stretching, and mindful breathing • Moments of reflection centered on gratitude • An opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and pour back into yourself 🧘🏽‍♀️ WHAT TO BRING • Your own yoga mat (recommended ) • A blanket is highly recommended for added comfort, especially during relaxation • Water to stay hydrated • Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement A limited number of yoga mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
