This class focuses on the creative development of cocktails from the 1860s to just before Prohibition. This class focuses on the creative development of cocktails from the 1860s to just before Prohibition, when many of today's most loved cocktails were created. This class will be a projector presentation with demos and samples. Duration: Approximatly 90 minutes. Take away recipe sheets will be provided.
