Race-style fitness, all the distance, all the intensity. HYROX puts you through all 8 official HYROX stations, each one preceded by a 1km run. From sled pushes and pulls to rowing, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls, every station is designed to test your endurance, strength, and grit. What is HYROX? A HYROX simulation built to test endurance, strength, and grit. You'll run 1km 8 times, hitting all 8 HYROX stations in between (with official weights where applicable). How to Compete • Solo • Doubles (mixed or same-sex) — one ticket covers both teammates This event is for you if: • You're training for HYROX Tampa and want a real simulation run • You're curious about HYROX and want to try it before going all in • You want a new way to push yourself, physically and mentally, in a room full of people doing the same Event Format • Full-distance HYROX: 1km runs + 8 stations • Solo or doubles • Heats every 15 minutes • Coaches on-site running standards, pacing, and hype The Workout, In Order Each station follows a 1km run: • SkiErg (1000m) — full-body warm-up to the engine • Sled Push (50m) — strength and leg drive • Sled Pull (50m) — grip and posterior chain • Burpee Broad Jumps (80m) — explosive power, mental grit • Row (1000m) — cardio under fatigue • Farmer's Carry (200m) — core and grip • Sandbag Lunges (100m) — balance and resilience • Wall Balls (100 reps) — the finisher What to Expect A true HYROX-style race, scaled so every fitness level can compete.
